Sub-contractor engagement
Most of our work is done by sub-contractors living in the area where the project is.
For this purpose, we have tailored our in-house software to take maximum advantage of their availability and skills.
Our IBMS program suite allows them to apply to be approved vendors, whereafter they can access our main database directly on-line and see which tasks are available for their skills classification and they can then directly quote for these tasks on an App we will install on their laptop.
They will need their own laptop to quote and view their progress, approval of their tasks and check their payments.
They will also be allowed to accept and take responsibility for the delivery of materials they requested, with the aid of our on-line Secure Delivery App. which we will install on a their phone or tablet or a phone or tablet of one of their preferred and approved employee.
