Southview - Phase 1.

• Southview was born and bred by us. We found ourselves unable to further develop our highly successful affordable class houses in the Black Township for various reasons out of our control.
• Our feeling was to hash up that type of house, add some luxury and build it on our own land, which was again a very successful innovation.
• At that stage we had become experts on affordable cost housing, we had stringent control over costs and production techniques and we placed a product in the marketplace which nobody could compete with. With the added benefit of vertical integration, our prices were more than 30% lower than our nearest competition and today it sounds strange that we sold our first two bedroomed houses with single garage for R 99 500 - and that in 2002 !!!!
